Dry Scrubber Unit

The AQOZA DSU series includes standard dry scrubber units engineered to remove toxic gases from point sources or enclosed spaces. With standard capacities ranging from 200 m³/hr to 6,000 m³/hr, custom units can also be designed based on specific requirements. 

Our dry scrubbers employ filtration media selected for the specific gases to be removed, ensuring up to 99.99% gas removal efficiency. Media replacement indicators include portable gas sensors, fixed gas sensors, or colour-changing pads at the outlet vent. Filtration vessels are constructed from materials like non-metallic polypropylene or FRP for corrosive gas applications, ensuring compatibility and longevity. Flame-proof materials are available upon request, and extraction fans are designed for quiet operation. 

Deep Dry Scrubber Unit

The AQOZA DDSU is a custom-engineered dry scrubber unit designed to filter HVAC intake air, removing gas pollutants and ensuring air quality within ISA standards for critical control rooms. This unit is ideal for maintaining safe air quality in environments prone to gas leaks, allowing employees to work safely for extended periods.

Filtration media are bulk-filled for large air volumes and selected based on the specific gases to be removed. Our DDSU units offer up to 99.99% gas removal efficiency, with media life analysis available for periodic checks. Filtration vessels are constructed from materials suitable for the gases being treated, including non-metallic polypropylene, FRP, stainless steel, or aluminum, based on your preferences. 



Modular Toxic Gas Filtration Unit

The unit comes with standard box modules filled with custom filtration media for specific gas removal applications. Box modules allow for easy installation and maintenance. These specially engineered box module filters have lower pressure drop & filtration velocity which offers better removal efficiency.
